1st kennels we have used in the area, so was unsure as to what to expect. We had no reason to worry on arrival we were greated by a very friendly member of staff, who was more than happy to show us where our pup would be staying. I was relieved to see how eager our pup was to handed over to the staff member [dogs are a good judge ]. On our arrival to collect our pup, he was of course happy to see us,but it was rewarding to see that he made a fuss of the staff as we were leaving. Would have no reservation on using them again or recommending them.
