Concerns with staff patience, March 25, 2008

All staff very friendly except older English lady who was extremely stroppy and impatient with my dogs who were understandably excited on my return . I would be concerned to leave them in her charge again as my dogs require firm but TACTFUL handling . These dogs are dogs that have competed in agility so are responsive to commands . I have put this as tactfully as poss so others can bear in mind my experience . It was not the kennel that was my concern but the individual . I would not return while this individual is there .
