All the staff and very friendly and helpful, kennels are large, clean and well maintained in a lovely setting. When we looked around all the dogs looked happy and content!. Our first dog always couldn't wait to get in when we arrived at reception (she soon lets you know if she does not want to go somewhere). And she always looked very well on our return. Unfortunately our second dog has to go somewhere with covered runs and we now go elsewhere. But I recommend this highly!
