The staff are very helpfull and friendly! will help you as much as they can!! the dogs and cats are constantly checked on and played with, although there is no walking available they do have 9 very large exercise pens! Kept extremely clean, all the dogs and cats seem very happy as you walk around. I would recommend this kennels to anyone wishing to go away 10 out of 10
