I sadley no longer have my dog but when I did we pur her here. Walter knew all their names and is a credit to the busines. Would not leave animals anywhere else (she came out smelly from a different dogtel!). I now have cats and will be booking them there for this summer. Walter recognised us when he saw us elsewhere even without the dog. Very trustworthy and susie seemed to love going off with him! Thanks to evryone at woodbine.

This is the best boarding kennel & cattery there is. The owners & staff are friendly & dedicated. They will show you around the entire establishment, & know all of the dogs by name. Upon arrival, you are asked your dog's food preference (i.e. wet or dry). The place is immaculate & all of the dogs are taken around the paddock for walks/playtime at least once a day. They are always bathed & brushed ready for their return home & one of the staff will telephone to check they are OK a day or two later. My dog has NEVER looked back at me with sad eyes when i've dropped him off there, and on picking him up, he's been excited to see me, but has never been in a mad rush to leave Woodbine. We've taken our last 3 dogs to Woodbine whenever we've been going away & would not go anywhere else. I recommend this place 150%. There is nowhere better.

We left our 2 dogs at Woodbine over the 2007Easter hols. I was anxious about leaving one of the dogs in particular as we had rescued her 6 months previously & I was worried she'd get upset. I needn't have. I had a good feeling about these kennels from our unannounced, initial visit. The owner obviously loves dogs as do his staff, we were made very welcome and were given a guided tour. I noticed that the staff knew all the dogs names. The kennels are spotless & there's a secure paddock for playtime! We booked one of the extremely spacious family kennels. On collecting the dogs they showed no signs of being desperate to leave, on the contrary, they had formed quite a bond with the owner, also my collie had been given a bath! Before we went away I was adamant that this would be the last time I would kennel the dogs. Now, this is not the case, so long as I can get them booked into Woodbine!2 days after we got home, the owner rang to make sure the dogs were o.k. As I said..DOG LOVERS!!!!
