We take our two labradors (one is 2yrs old and the other 1 yr old) and I have to say that we were nervous about taking them to kennels initially; however after one stay it is obvious that this is not just a "kennels" (we use the place 3 or 4 times a year and have done for two years). The staff are friendly and care about the animals. The animals are walked and cleaned regularly and they have a full time staff which means the pets are not just left out in the cold - only to be seen at meal times! The staff remember the pets names and we would never dream of taking our dogs to any other place. We can't recommend this place highly enough and we guarantee that you won't be disappointed - it really is so good.

I have 2 labradors aged 9 and 91/2 who have been to deandane about 4 times in the past 2 years. Prior to this they have never been in a boarding kennel before. I was very worried the first time but needn't have been because they were healthy and happy when i collected them. the next time i took them they remembered and were very excited as we walked in, i was almost disappointed they were so happy to leave me! One of my dogs has had health problems and the staff there were very understanding and happy to give him medication. The 2nd time we went the staff all remembered my dogs and their names and characteristics which was very reassuring as it was clear they had spent time with them. they will be going there again shortly and i am confident they will be looked after properly.
